If you haven't heard by now, I recently went to New York City, the big apple, for the The BookFest Award Winner Promotion Event. My first place award winning YA novel, Pretend, was featured on the NASDAQ board in Times Square on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
It was my first time ever in New York City and we had the most perfect weather for the event. I was able to meet many of the other winning authors, network and participate in an author book swap. It was such a good time!
As always, thank you to everyone who has followed my author journey and for your unwavering support. So many of my dreams are coming true that I have to pinch myself often ;)
This was a wonderful event that I won't soon forget! Here's to more opportunities and dreams being checked off my bucket list!
